Privacy notice
Effective October 31, 2026
This notice explains how Forged Growth Partners LLC (“Forged Growth Partners”, “we”) handles personal information when you visit www.forgedgrowthpartners.com, book a consultation with us or email us.
1. Information we collect
When you book a consultation. Our booking buttons open our scheduling page on Calendly. There you enter your name, email address and phone number, and anything you would like us to know before we speak. You can also add the email addresses of other people you want to invite. We receive those details together with the time you choose. Consultations take place by phone, using the phone number you give us when you book.
During a consultation. We take notes of what we discuss. Recording is optional. We record a consultation only if everyone on the call agrees before the recording starts; if you do not agree, the call goes ahead without one. Any recording is kept with our notes about the consultation.
When you email us. Your email address, the name shown with it, and what you write.
When you visit the website. Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site. If a page fails to load, some browsers also send our hosting provider a short technical error report about that failure. We do not keep server logs of our own, and our website does not collect anything else about your visit.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange and prepare for consultations.
- To understand your business’s needs before and after we speak.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
- To operate and protect the website.
Contacting us or booking a consultation does not add you to any marketing email or text-message list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
3. Cookies and tracking
Our website does not set cookies or use your browser’s storage, and it has no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party scripts. Its fonts, images and code are all served from our own site.
Calendly’s scheduling pages are run by Calendly. They use cookies and similar technologies described in Calendly’s privacy notice, and Calendly offers its own cookie settings on those pages.
4. Who handles your information
We use these service providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages) hosts this website and delivers its pages. To do that it receives the technical information described above, including any error reports.
- Calendly, LLC runs our scheduling page and processes the details you enter there on our behalf. Calendly’s own privacy notice also applies on its pages.
- Squarespace is our domain provider and forwards email sent to our business address to our mailbox.
- Google (Gmail) stores the emails you send us and our replies.
- Google (Google Calendar) holds our calendar. When you book, Calendly adds the appointment to it with your name, email address, phone number and the details you entered.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is reasonably necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. How long we keep it
We keep information from inquiries and consultations only as long as we need it to reply to you, arrange and follow up on a consultation, and keep reasonable records of our business communications. Nothing is deleted automatically after a fixed period; we review and remove inquiry information we no longer need.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We review every request and delete the information that can be deleted, or remove the details that identify you. We may keep information where we need it to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute or protect our legal rights.
Our internal business records keep a history of changes that we cannot fully erase today. Where a detail remains in that history after a request, we will tell you what remains and why, and we will not use it to contact you again.
If you become a client, our written agreement with you governs information about our work together.
6. Security
We keep business records in accounts and systems that require a sign-in, and we use the security settings our service providers offer. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will respond as the law requires.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@forgedgrowthpartners.com. We may need to confirm that a request comes from you before acting on it. Where information is held by a provider listed above, we will delete it there too or ask that provider to. We will tell you what we did, including anything we kept and why.
8. Information about the customers of businesses we work with
This notice covers our website, consultation bookings and emails. It does not cover information we handle for businesses that engage us. When a business engages us, a separate written agreement with that business sets out how we handle information we access on its behalf, including information about its customers.
9. Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with a new effective date.
